We are looking for volunteers for this year’s WordCamp Johannesburg!
Volunteers are the minions who make a good WordCamp possible.
Volunteering is a great way to get involved, meet new friends, connect with existing ones and just overall have a great time.
WordCamp volunteers help to set up the conference venue, meet and greet attendees, keep an eye on the quiet room, support sponsors and exhibitors, sort the swag and lanyards, keep talks running on schedule, assist attendees, run around with microphones, man the desks, and do all the little things that make sure our attendees have a smooth and enjoyable day.
No prior WordCamp experience is required. All you need is good organisational skills, energy, enthusiasm, the ability to think on your feet, and a love for the WordPress community.
